Intravenous and/or related therapies - Client must have an infusion pharmacy in place to deliver supplies/medications needed

Wound Dressing Changes -Client must have supplies needed already in the home. Service is performed by a RN/LPN only.

Medication Education & Management - RN/LPN will fill medication box weekly or bi-weekly

24 hour care - Around the clock care available for your loved one. 24/7 care is ideal for clients who may be bed-bound or require more intensive caregiving.

Companion Care

Companionship - walks together, playing games, conversation, outing or just quiet company

Transportation - to and from scheduled appointments (mileage applies if greater than 10 miles)

Planned group outings

Instrumental Activities of Daily life - Medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, small errands such as grocery shopping or pharmacy pickups

Help with toileting, incontinence care, catheter and colostomy care

Aid in dressing, grooming and skin care

Assistance in walking and getting up and down among furniture
Respite Care
Provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family or friends. Families who would benefit from this service are caregivers experiencing burnout, needing temporary support, or having life events and commitments requiring caregiver to be away from loved one.
